The Ehrhart winery, located in Eschbach along the southern wine route, stands for individual wines with character in harmony with nature. As a certified organic winery, we live and work with all that nature provides: traditional vineyard sites, healthy soils and carefully cultivated vines that produce wines of exceptional quality.

The formula is quite simple: if the bees are doing well, then nature is doing well – and so are the people. As flower pollinators, bees are responsible for around a third of our food sources. They are also essential to our vineyards, where there are so many blooming plants in the summer. Their direct and effective added value to our organic approach and the fruits of our labour – the grapes and the wine – is clear. This is why we have chosen the bee as a symbol that reflects the way we work in harmony with nature.
